WOMEN’S CRICKET: Opener Lizelle Lee hit four sixes and 10 fours on her way to 77 in 44 balls as Hobart Hurricanes cruised to an eight-wicket win over Perth Scorchers in Saturday’s Big Bash League final. Chasing Perth’s 137-5 Hobart romped to their target with five overs to spare with England’s Nat Sciver-Brunt also scoring a rapid 35. DARTS: 71-year-old Paul Lim became the oldest player to ever win a World Championship match when he beat Jeffrey de Graaf in Saturday evening’s first round tie. The Singaporean’s other claim to fame is being the first player to hit a nine-dart finish at the World Championships when he beat Jack McKenna in 1990. Lim will face second seed Luke Humphries in the next round after he saw off Ted Evetts 3-1.
