Israeli attack on Gaza school kills at least 27 Palestinians
A Palestinian child wounded by the Israeli bombardment of the Gaza Strip is treated at a hospital in Deir al-Balah, October 10, 2024

ISRAEL carried out another deadly attack on a school in Gaza today, killing at least 27 people, Palestinian medical officials said.

With the death toll from the attack in Deir al-Balah likely to grow,  Israel has continued to claim it is targeting Hamas fighters.

The deadly attack comes a day after the United Nations warned that proposed new legislation before the Israeli parliament could destroy all humanitarian operations in Gaza and the occupied West Bank.
