Chelsea clinch WSL title for sixth season in row

CHELSEA manager Sonia Bompastor set her sights on completing the domestic treble and an unbeaten season after clinching the Women’s Super League title on Wednesday evening.

Lucy Bronze headed a second-half winner as the Blues beat Manchester United 1-0 at Leigh Sports Village to secure a sixth successive league crown with two games to spare.

It was their second trophy of the season after winning the League Cup and Bompastor now wants to wrap up the set by beating United again in the FA Cup final.
