Unions hit back after Starmer launches ‘Trumpian’ attack on civil servants

UNIONS hit back at Prime Minister Sir Keir Stamer today after he attacked civil servants in “Trumpian language” when announcing his “plan for change.”

Setting out a series of new government pledges on Thursday, Sir Keir said: “Too many people in Whitehall are comfortable in the tepid bath of managed decline.

“I totally get that when trust in politics is so low, we must be careful about the promises we make.
