MEN’S BASKETBALL: Newcastle Eagles host London Lions in the first leg of their British Basketball League (BBL) semi-final play-off tomorrow evening.

The Eagles are the most successful team in BBL history with seven titles but finished five places and a massive 30 points below champions London in the regular season.

Tonight’s second semi-final sees Sheffield travelling to Ellesmere Port to take on Cheshire Phoenix.
