Hudson-Odoi praised by Lampard following convincing display against Burnley

THIS was a thoroughly deserved and convincing victory for Frank Lampard’s Chelsea players.

What would have made it all the more satisfying was that it comes after an uneven set of results in recent months that have led some to question the lack of depth in some positions in the squad.

Burnley rarely threatened in this largely one-sided affair, leaving their hosts to register their first home league win since early December.
