Groundbreaking global theatrical event goes online on April 23
GLOBAL REACH: Bubble

“I WAS THERE, you know, when we shut your places down. Gender studies, social studies, the strongholds of your politically correct bullshit worldview, we shut them down. And I was there and the news cameras were there and the whole world was watching.”

That's one of the incendiary statements by a student performer in award-winning playwright Kieran Hurley’s new play Bubble, set entirely on Facebook. The play tracks the unexpected snowball of online events following the moment a male lecturer calls a female student a slut.
