Gerwyn Price wins the final during night six of the BetMGM Premier League at Motorpoint Arena, Nottingham, March 13, 2025

MEN’S FOOTBALL: It’s first against second and a potential Highland League title decider when Brora Rangers host Brechin City tomorrow afternoon. The teams are level on points but Brora boast a hugely superior goal difference having netted an average of three and half goals per game. Third-placed Banks O’Dee, five points off the pace and having played a game more, are at bottom club Rothes, who are on a nine match losing run.

DARTS: Gerwyn Price beat Luke Littler 6-3 to win Thursday evening’s Premier League final in Nottingham. Littler now tops the table, one point ahead of Luke Humphries, who he beat 6-4 in the night’s opening game, with Price a further three points back in third. Stephen Bunting lost 6-4 to Price to remain the only player without a win in the tournament. Next week’s seventh leg of this 17 round competition takes place in Cardiff.

MEN’S BASKETBALL: Caleb Homesley hit 21 points as Gran Canaria beat Jerusalem 92-89 in front of a crowd of just 189 at a neutral venue in Serbia to set up a EuroCup play-off semi-final against Istanbul’s Bahcesehir College. Istanbul beat Ljubljlana 85-81 cheered on by over 10,500 fans in their quarter-final. Regular season champions Valencia will face Tel Aviv in the other last four clash after brushing aside Romania’s Cluj Napoca 98-74.
