Rebuilding Scottish Labour
As a Labour Party candidate in Scotland do I offer anything to the voters, asks CAROL MOCHAN
Scottish Labour leader Richard Leonard with Jeremy Corbyn

LIKE many people reading this paper I have spent most of my adult life supporting the trade union and labour movement. For us it is part of everyday life. For many voters however thoughts of political parties are about election time and on occasions where “Big Bang” issues impact on the nation or their individual lives.

Friends and family ask me why I keep going with politics and if I enjoy the constant wrangling week after week. This makes me think we must work harder on what we can offer.

There is no doubt if you are a Labour Party supporter or activist there are days you think what now or what next. It would be pointless to deny it.
