XR co-founder Hallam released from ‘dire jail’
A CO-FOUNDER of Extinction Rebellion was released from jail yesterday after spending four weeks in “dire conditions.”
Roger Hallam, 54, was among five activists charged with conspiracy to commit criminal damage in late August ahead of a weekend of planned action by the Beyond Politics group.
Diana Warner, 61; Ferhat Ulusu, 42; Holly Brentnall, 29, and Steven Nunn, 56, were also arrested and charged.
