Women’s wheelchair basketball

Loughborough Lightning have already been crowned champions of the inaugural Women’s Premier League but extended their unbeaten run to eight games with a convincing 67-37 win over bottom club Worcester Wolves. Lucy Robinson top scored with 23 points.

East London Phoenix thumped Cardiff Met 75-46 to claim second place on points difference prior to the play-offs.

Men’s football

Linfield claimed their fourth successive Irish Premiership after beating Coleraine 2-0 to finish one point ahead of Belfast rivals Cliftonville, who won 2-1 at Glentoran.
