Dilynwyd y cannoedd o filoedd a fu farw ar y pryd gan lawer mwy o farwolaethau o ganlyniad i’r llygredd niwcliar a’r cancr a ddaeth yn eu sgil.

Wrth i’r ras  arfau gyflymu - gyda’r Undeb Sofietaidd, Prydain, Ffrainc a nes ymlaen Tseina yn cael gafael ar eu harfau eu hunain, profi mwy o arfau oedd y canlyniad.
