Free Christmas dinners served to every primary school pupil in Wales

FREE Christmas dinners have been served to every primary school pupil in Wales for the first time as the Welsh government completed its introduction of universal primary free school meals across the country.

The Labour-led Welsh government said that, since September, 35 million meals have been served.

The government said it has also invested in improvements to school kitchens and dining areas.
