Tools for Tenant Power project launched in Glasgow

TOOLS for Tenant Power was launched by the Glasgow Housing Struggle Archive (GHSA) today.

It represents the latest project for GHSA, formed in 2021 by members of tenants’ union Living Rent, to provide an open and accessible online archive sharing the city’s long and inspiring history of housing movements, rent strikes, occupations and protest.

Ahead of the launch of the project at Glasgow Women’s Library, Joey Simon, writer and artist, told the Star that Tool for Tenants’ Power seeks to build on that, recording the today’s struggles as they happen.
