EXTREME right-wing politicians are aiming to form the next government in Wales after the 2026 Senedd election.

Reform UK told BBC Wales today that the party had its sights on taking 20 to 40 seats in an enlarged Senedd of 96 seats.

The 2026 election will be held under proportional representation, with the electorate voting for a party list, not individual Senedd members.
