SCOTTISH LABOUR could fall to just 13 MSPs after Thursday’s Holyrood election, according to a new poll published today.
The More in Common survey of 4,000 voters in Scotland found that a fifth have still to make up their minds, but the poll suggests that the SNP are on course to retain power with 60 seats, Labour struggle to cling to third place with just 13 MSPs and Reform UK become the official opposition on 22.
More in Common’s Luke Tryl said: “The party that once dominated Scottish politics is now projected to win no constituency seats at all. This projection suggests Labour could be facing their worst Scottish defeat since devolution.”
Scottish Labour deputy leader Jackie Baillie hit back: “The only poll that matters is the vote on Thursday.
“The SNP’s campaign has been defined by broken promises, half-baked gimmicks and desperate attempts to spread Reform lies. Scottish Labour is fighting to defy the pollsters, win this election and deliver the change that Scotland needs.”
