Barcelona and Real Madrid urged to boycott Spanish airline linked to Rwanda deportations
FOOTBALL giants Real Madrid and Barcelona FC have been urged to cut ties with a Spanish airline linked to the British government’s Rwanda deal.
Refugee rights activists from Britain and Spain teamed up with football fans on Sunday to protest outside the Bernabeu stadium in Madrid during the El Clasico game between the rival teams.
Protesters were calling on the teams to boycott private airline Privilege Styles, which is understood to be involved in plans to forcibly remove refugees from Britain to Rwanda.
