Station cleaners fighting for living wage
OUTSOURCED cleaners on Merseyrail will be protesting tomorrow in their determined battle for the living wage.
Workers employed by the Mitie employment agency will protest outside Merseytravel’s headquarters at Pierhead from 1pm.
The workers, who are members of the RMT union, are demanding the real living wage of £9 an hour.
