Security staff at Harrods ballot to strike

SECURITY staff at one of the world’s most luxurious stores have backed a call for strike action by a “stonking majority.”

Unite members at Harrods of London have voted 97 per cent in favour of withdrawing their labour.

The workers, who run security and CCTV systems at the posh department store, have been provoked by bosses enforcing a below-inflation pay offer.
