Charles Windsor challenged to declare full income as he becomes first monarch to release tax payments
FIRST MINISTER questions were dominated by the NHS strike today as Plaid Cymru leader Adam Price questioned the latest pay offer for the Welsh health service in the Senedd.
Mr Price said the latest offer had been described by Unite as a “sticking plaster” and urged the Welsh government to consolidate the full pay rise into salary.
“Increasing the higher and additional rates of income tax will raise £76 million, enough to consolidate the 1.5 per cent into pay for future years,” Mr Price said.
